Using Jira ticket number

Create a Jira ticket and make note of the Jira ID

Open

Clone your git repo down

Make a change, stage, commit adding a message, then push

1. the message should have the Jira ID at the beginning

   Open

   

    

Refresh your browser view on the git repo

On your board select the Jira ticket

When the ticket opens you will see the commit has been linked to your Jira ticket

Hover your mouse over the commit line and more info will be displayed

Select “View all development Information”
