Step-by-step guide

  1. Access Jira as administrator
  2. Click on "Issues"
  3. Click on "Screens"
  4. Search for screen scheme that's being used by the project, then click on it
  5. There you'll be able to add and remove fields
  6. Add "Time Tracking"
