  1. Goto https://console.cloud.google.com/

  2. Create a project, once created navigate into it

  3. Navigate to “Navigation” menu (the 3 x horizontal bars in upper left of window) select “APIs & Services/Credentials”

  4. Create a Credential - an API key

  5. Navigate to “Navigation” menu (the 3 x horizontal bars in upper left of window) select “APIs & Services/Library”

  6. Search for “Maps JavaScript API”, select it and enable it

  7. In the Library search for “Geolocation API”, select it and enable it
