- Do you have to use netbeans to the do the labs? No, use whatever text and XML editor you want, but we find netbeans and ideal and simple tool to use.
- Why do you use CORBA and Java for the labs? Most middleware concepts can be easily illustrated using CORBA, and Java is free, quick and easy to use.
