Open

From your instance console, select the instance you want to launch. In the lower part of the screen make a note of the Public IPv4 address. Finally select the connect option

Open

Now select “RDP Client”, followed by “Get Password”

Select “Browse”, load up your .pem file that you saved when your created your instance. A long key appears in the window. Select “Decrypt Password”

Store the password somewhere safe.

Using RDP

On your desktop machine, look for an application called RDP and launch it

In the Computer field put in the Public IPv4 address followed by /Administrator, then select Connect.

The dialog will change, select “Use a different account”. Enter Administrator for the username, and your decrypted password

If the login details are correct, you will see this dialog, select Yes. Your machine will launch.
